Acceptance of Terms of Use

Battlestats(further herein known as BSC) is provided free of charge to you by D.C. Hero and Company under these Terms of Use. Although BSC may be viewed by visiting the Site, in order to participate in our events, ladders, or tournaments, you will be required to register appropriately with BSC. These Terms of Use will govern your use of BSC. By using BSC, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. These Terms of Use govern your use of BSC and all services provided in connection with BSC. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not enter or use Battlestats.

Registration Information

When you register with Battlestats , you will be required to provide BSC with the following information: Your email address, member name (nick) and password. In addition, you may be asked to provide BSC with OPTIONAL additional information, including: your gender, age, information about your computer and Internet usage. BSC reserves the right to terminate your account if BSC learns that you have provided BSC with false or misleading registration information. All registrants will receive email confirming their member registration which contains information on how to activate their registration. BSC reserves the right to request an email address from a valid Internet Service Provider. We ask that minors under the age of 18 years of age to check with their parents before using our services. If a minor registers without the consent of a parent or guardian, such parent or guardian may cancel the registration by following the cancellation procedure or notifying BSC by email at BSC_Rodeo at BattleStats dot Com.

Termination

Battlestats reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate your ability to access BSC and/or any other service provided to you by BSC upon any breach by you of the Terms of Use. BSC RESERVES THE RIGHT MODIFY THE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME WITH OUT NOTIFICATION.

Suspension or Termination of your Battlestats account may occur for the following, but not limited to, reasons:

• Ownership of more than one account
• Unauthorized use of restricted areas
• Absolutely NO cheating will be tolerated. If you violate this rule you will be banned from BSC PERMANENTLY!
• Blatant disregard for rules of events.
• Use of multiple BSC accounts for the purpose of cheating in BSC events.
• All participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship...win with humility, lose with dignity. Any arguments against another clan, with regards to BSC events, tournaments, or ladders, MUST be brought to BSC personnel. We will settle any arguments fairly. There will be NO verbal attacks on other clan members or BSC staff, or all involved parties can and will be disqualified.
• Using anything other than standard HTML tables and breaks in any forms without prior permission

Third Party Services

Battlestats may contain links to other related web sites, resources and/or sponsors of BSC. WHEN YOU ACCESS ANY OF THESE SITES, YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES RELATING TO THE USE OF THESE SITES.

Registration and Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify BSC of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. You are also responsible for any matches reported against your player nickname in any BSC listed event. Any false matches must be disputed using the automatic disputes system by the end of the event. Failure to do so could implicate you as an accessory if the person submitting said match is found to be cheating.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold each of BSC and its affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of BSC, the violation of these Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity All original content and graphics on this site are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties and may not be copied without the express written consent of its publisher, D.C.
